Leftover Rotisserie Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
- 2–3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp chili powder or taco seasoning
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup salsa or diced tomatoes
- Optional: avocado, onion, cilantro, cheese, sour cream
Instructions
- Warm the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, chili powder, and cumin; toss 3–4 minutes until hot.
- Squeeze in lime juice and stir in a spoonful of salsa to keep the chicken juicy.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
- Fill tortillas with chicken and any toppings you have. Serve immediately.
