  1. Whisk honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger together. Mix the cornstarch with water separately.
  2. Steam or microwave the broccoli 2-3 minutes until bright green and just tender; set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear the chicken in a single layer 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  4. Pour in the sauce and bring to a bubble, then stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook 1 minute until glossy and thick.
  5. Fold in the broccoli to coat, then finish with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve over rice.
